Menai Owen Jones FLSW recognised in prestigious Pinc List 2026
Menai Owen Jones FLSW has been named among the top ten of the Wales Online Pinc List 2026.
The annual list recognises LGBTQ+ people who have played an influential role in Wales over the past year in the last 12 months. It ‘recognises LGBT+ people from across Wales who doing their bit to make the world a better place’.
We are proud to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and the difference it makes across our Fellowship and beyond and are thrilled for Menai.
“I am thrilled and proud to be included in this year’s WalesOnline Pinc List,” Menai said. “I am honoured to stand with so many amazing LGBTQ+ individuals in Wales working to make a difference.
“At a time when LGBTQ+ rights are being challenged in many parts of the world, Pride remains an important reminder that progress should not be taken for granted and there is still much work to do in the ongoing fight for equality for LGBTQ+ people.”
Menai, was elected as a Fellow of the Learned Society of Wales in 2025. She is Chief Executive of LATCH, the Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, as well as being an experienced non-executive director.
She is an independent adviser to the Senedd Cymru Commission, is co-vice chair of Wales Council for Voluntary Action, sits on the Council of the Institute of Directors, of which she is a Fellow and won the Women’s Business Awards 2025 C-Suite Award.
