Sir Emyr Jones-Parry’s six-year tenure as President of the Learned Society of Wales ended at its AGM on 20th May, 2020.

He made his final address at the meeting, reflecting on the Society’s achievements since it was formed a decade ago, its activities over the past year, not least in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, and the challenges the Society must confront in the years to come.
