The Campaign for Science and Engineering (CaSE) and The Learned Society of Wales would like to invite you to an in-person lecture in central Cardiff by Professor Wendy Larner on Wednesday 1^st May 2024 – ‘What kind of University for what kind of future?’.  

Professor Larner took up the post of President and Vice-Chancellor of Cardiff University in September 2023, previously Provost at Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington, and President of the Royal Society Te Apārangi, New Zealand. This lecture will be a fantastic opportunity to hear Professor Larner’s vision for universities in Wales, and beyond, and join in the discussion during questions and over drinks.
