The webinar will provide an overview of the Horizon Europe Funding Programme and the COST programme, equipping attendees with a clear understanding of how to navigate the funding landscape, the range of opportunities available to early career researchers, and advice to help them prepare competitive proposals to increase research capacity in Wales.
Experienced Principal Investigators from Horizon Europe-funded projects will provide useful tips for generating successful research proposals to apply for European Research Council grants and develop collaborative projects. A representative from the Marie Skłodowska-Curie programme will present the opportunities available for researchers and a representative from the COST programme will outline COST Actions and the opportunities available through participation in Actions.
As part of our strategic goal to support researchers’ professional development and increase research capacity in Wales, the LSW ECR Network is organising this webinar in collaboration with Welsh Higher Education Brussels.
We’re delighted that our Fellow, Professor Yvonne McDermott Rees, will Chair the webinar.
