Professor Oliver Williams

Professor Williams’ research focuses on diamond growth and technology. He has developed the integration of diamond with non-diamond materials for high frequency devices, thermal management of compound semiconductors, and the production of diamond nanoparticles for quantum applications. This work has resulted in seven international patents and over 200 publications.
