Professor Emmajane Milton

Professor Milton has worked in the field of education for over 20 years, holding a wide range of senior leadership roles within academia, policy development, and the statutory school sector. In 2018 she became an Advance-HE National Teaching Fellow, the most prestigious teaching award within higher education. Professor Milton’s research and scholarship interests are focused on educational practice; teacher / educator professional learning and enquiry; educative approaches to leadership and mentoring; and the recruitment and retention of education professionals.
