Professor Deborah Kays

Professor Kays investigates types of chemical compounds that have novel electronic properties and are highly reactive. The use of these chemical bonds and chains has resulted in new products, methods of catalysis, and mechanisms that use earth-abundant metals. Her work has contributed to advances in catalysis, chemical processes that minimise environmental impacts, magnetism and energy storage.
