Master of the Worshipful Livery Company of Wales and Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Gwent
A qualified nurse and solicitor, who read law at Cardiff University, Agnes Xavier-Phillips was General Counsel and Client Relationship Manager of GE Capital, and represented the financial services industry on the Woolf Reforms, which reviewed the UK’s civil justice system in the late 1990s. She is now Master of the Worshipful Livery Company of Wales, as well as a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman Solicitor of London. She also sits on Cardiff University Council and the boards of Cardiff University Students’ Union and Dwr Cymru.
