Dr Jonathan Williams

Dr Williams is a charity trustee and an independent researcher, having previously worked at the British Museum where he was curator of Roman and Celtic coins and, latterly, deputy director. His research has focussed on the interaction between Roman and Celtic Europe in the ancient world. A member of the Council of the Anglo-Hellenic League (where he seeks to promote the Cambro-Hellenic perspective), he is also a fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and the Royal Historical Society.
