We held a reception in the House of Lords on Monday 12th January, with presentations from a range of communities in Wales that have benefited from Welsh research. Their inspiring stories were a timely reminder of why we support knowledge for Wales.
Special thanks to Baroness Finlay of Llandaff FLSW for sponsoring the event.
Researchers in Wales are working together with civic actors and grassroots communities to create tangible benefits for people in Wales. Attendees heard testimonies from community leaders and small business owners about how Welsh research has improved local lives and local areas.
