In February an InterAction Council High Level Expert Group (HLEG)  on New Realities for Global Health was held in partnership with the Learned Society of Wales and Public Health Wales at the Celtic Manor.

A Chairman’s Report was tabled at the Annual InterAction Council (IAC) Meeting in Baku Azerbaijan in early March and presented by 3 participants from the Wales meeting- HE Bertie Ahearn,Co-Chair of the IAC , Professor John Wyn Owen,Treasurer LSW and IAC Senior Global Health Adviser and by Louis Lillywhite, Chatham House and former Surgeon General- pictured with HE James Bolger New Zealand Prime Minister(1992-97) and his wife.
