Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting

2.30pm, 19 May 2021

We are pleased to invite you to the Learned Society of Wales’ Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is a great opportunity to learn about the work we and our Fellows have been doing over the past year, and to officially welcome our new Fellows. It also marks the start of the Society’s 2021-22 year.

All Fellows are eligible to attend and we hope you are able to join us.

If you have any news you would like us to mention, please contact Joe Boyle by 17 April. This could include details of any awards, prizes, honours or special achievements that you would like to share with the Fellowship.

Welcome Meeting

This year we will also be hosting an informal welcome meeting prior to the AGM (11.30am).

This is aimed at our new Fellows, but we welcome all Fellows who would like to join us to learn more about the Society and how you can work with us.

Sadly we are unable to see you all in person, but following the success of the 2020 AGM, we will be using Zoom to allow Fellows to join the meeting from home again this year.

Please register here to attend the AGM, the Welcome Meeting or both.

Proxy voting

If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to vote by proxy, please click here to complete your Proxy form by 4pm on Monday 17 May.

We look forward to seeing you on 19 May.
