Haydeé supports the LSW team, CEO and board of Trustees. From finance to events, she helps to deliver the Society’s strategy involving the Fellowship, ECR network and stakeholders. Additionally, Haydeé is responsible for managing the Society’s 2023 medal awards. Haydeé joined the Society after completing her PhD in Engineering at Cardiff University in 2022. Her background is in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, with international experience in Higher Education, having worked in the UK, Mexico, and Germany.

Haydeé is deeply passionate about the environment, teaching, and music. She enjoys travelling and exploring both natural and historic sites. She is currently learning Welsh as her third language.
