Haydeé is the Clerk to the Council, and the Governance and Operations Manager. She is responsible for providing advice on governance, constitutional and procedural matters and ensuring that the governing body is operating effectively and able to meet all its statutory duties. Haydeé joined the Society after completing her PhD in Engineering at Cardiff University in 2022. Her background is in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, with international experience in Higher Education, having worked in the UK, Mexico, and Germany.

Haydeé is deeply passionate about the environment, teaching, and music. She enjoys travelling and exploring both natural and historic sites. She is currently learning Welsh as her third language.
