Share your insight and help shape the forthcoming review of our Fellowship nominations process
This survey is open until 15th December. The responses received will collectively help shape the discussion papers that will initiate the review by the Society’s Fellowship Committee and Council.
Background:
LSW Council have approved a review of our nominations process. This will take place over the next few years – exploring how we achieve our Strategic aim of developing a diverse and active Fellowship. The overarching aim of the review will be to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of the process whilst retaining our principle of excellence.
We are seeking input from a wide range of people at this initial stage, to further shape the scope and focus of the review. All information gathered will be anonymously used to shape the discussion that will take place at Fellowship Committee and Council.
Please note, your answers may be based on your own experience of being nominated, nominating people or indeed any feedback you’ve received from individuals you’ve wished to nominate. In reviewing the ‘process’ we wish to hear your thoughts on ANY or ALL aspects.
