Lisa Isherwood

Lisa Isherwood is a Professor of Practice in Theology at University of Wales Trinity St David and Professor Emerita of Feminist Liberation Theologies, University of Winchester. She has had a significant impact on theology, particularly in promoting feminist and queer studies. Her research, much translated, has led to the inclusion of these perspectives in conventional theology and has changed the way theology is taught and discussed internationally. Professor Isherwood has held leadership positions in various academic and professional organisations and collaborates with colleagues worldwide.

Sara Elin Roberts

Independent Scholar

Dr. Roberts’ research area is medieval law of Wales. She is particularly interested in questions of gender, governance, power and identity in medieval Wales and the March. She has published widely on various aspects of medieval Wales, and her 2022 book, The Growth of Law in Medieval Wales, is a very significant and important contribution to the subject area.
